From the Haneda exit on Shuto Expressway Route 1

Head towards Kamata on Kanpachi Dori for about 4km, cross Sangyo Dori, National Route 15, and the Kamata Overpass, turn right at the Shin-Kamata 1-chome intersection where Kanpachi Dori and the footbridge are located, continue along the road and go through the first railroad crossing, then the second railroad crossing, and after an S-curve, come to the right at the first traffic light.

From the Togoshi Exit on Shuto Expressway Route 2

On National Route 1 (2nd Keihin Expressway), go past Kan-nana Dori and turn left at the Kan-hachi Dori (Shin-Kamata 1-chome) intersection for about 5km, then turn left at the Shin-Kamata 1-chome intersection where the Kan-hachi Dori pedestrian bridge is located, continue along the road and pass the first railroad crossing, then the second railroad crossing, and after an S-curve, come to the right at the first traffic light.

From Tamagawa Interchange on the Third Keihin Expressway

From the exit for Setagaya, Meguro, and Kamata, take Kanpachi Dori, cross Meguro Dori, Nakahara Kaido, and National Route 1, then go about 6km, turn left at the Shin-Kamata 1-chome intersection where there is a footbridge for Kanpachi Dori, follow the road and go through the first railroad crossing, then the second railroad crossing, and after an S-curve, come to the right at the first traffic light.

From the Tokyo Interchange on the Tomei Expressway

From the exit for Setagaya, Meguro, and Kamata, take Kanpachi Dori, cross Meguro Dori, Nakahara Kaido, and National Route 1, and after about 8km, turn left at the Shin-Kamata 1-chome intersection, where there is a footbridge for Kanpachi Dori, and follow the road past the first railroad crossing, then the second railroad crossing, and after an S-curve, come to the right at the first traffic light.
