At Love Surf, we conduct three rigorous inspections to ensure that the surfboards we sell to our customers are in good condition for normal use: 1) when they leave the factory, 2) when they arrive at the store, and 3) when they are shipped and delivered to the customer. For mail-order orders, we carefully package our products with insurance to prevent shipping accidents.
